Le Desert des Tartares.
Toulon is a military harbour in the South of france, it was already an important naval base under Napoleon. The surrounding mountains are topped with forts spanning 200 years. These remnants stand still in the space, cyclops of an eternal war, standing still, oblivious of time, watching over for a war that will never come.
